Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the leather is protected from creases.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the return for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
